1.    Own the Format:
•    There is no one correct resume format. A resume is essentially a way to showcase your profile in your very own personal style. Highlight what You think makes a more impressive statement.

2.    Include the Basics:
•    Objective – in about 2-3 lines to highlight your focus in life, amalgamated with your skills & job requirement, in order to attract the employer.
•    Contact Info – Relevant, Current & Correct.
•    Education – Mention both, the degrees as well as the credentials, in a complete fashion. Also, specify any certifications undergone for that extra edge.
•    Experience – This includes both, the job responsibilities held so far and the crux of projects undertaken during training (for fresher).
•    Skill-Set – List all the technologies you have worked in & other buzz words that describe your potential best.

3.    Entice with Specifics:
•    If you are multi-talented or are seeking jobs in different sectors, then you must modify your resume suiting the needs of that particular job.
•    Highlight your expertise and strength in that field to appear the most deserving of that spot. In such cases, you can neglect other irrelevant details, which otherwise may be vital.

•    Being a fresher is an advantage in resume-writing. Due to ample paper space, try to highlight your key skills by surrounding them with White Spaces. This helps in easy scan & non-cram presentation of your resume.

8.    Formatting Counts:
•    Use of appropriate fonts (Times New Roman, Arial etc.), margins (1.5 inches preferably) & indentation is a key to a presentable resume. Don’t make a fancy sheet overloaded with creativity.
•    Also, always make a .doc (Word Document) with a size within 100Kb or maximum 2 pages with, a decent file name.

9.    Fresh-eye proofreading:

Dr Kisan Baburao Hazare, now known as Anna Hazare, has journeyed four decades from a soldier to a social reformer, and a right to information crusader. His fight has been quiet, but relentlessly effective – a battle always based on the Gandhian principle of non-violence and one that instantly strikes a cord with the aam aadmi. He started out as a soldier in the Indian Army. But Anna Hazare has spent most years of his life fighting for humanity.His crusade began with a non-violent campaign to resurrect his native village Ralegan Siddhi in Ahmednagar. The village, which used to be barren, is now a model village after Hazare steered the villagers towards water conservation. The effort led to a high yield of food grains. And the village became self-sufficient. Anna Hazare realised that the road to development was marred by corruption and so in 1991, he launched the Bhrashtachar Virodhi Jan Aandolan, a public movement against corruption. Anti-corruption activist Anna Hazare. He went on a hunger strike in Alandi demanding action against corrupt officers in the state government. As a result of his sustained campaign, six ministers were forced to resign and more than 400 officers were removed.In 1996-97, his crusade against corrupt ministers in Maharashtra led to the resignation of the then social welfare minister Baban Gholap. But Hazare soon realised that taking action against just ministers and officers wasn’t enough and that the entire system needed a change.And so began his campaign for the Right to Information Act. His agitation began in 1997. But despite his relentless effort, the issue of the RTI Act was not raised in the State Assembly. Finally, he went on a hunger strike in July 2003. His 12-day hunger strike forced the President to sign the draft of the Right to Information Act. The state government too was ordered to implement it.In 2003 again, Congress and NCP ministers had to resign after he went on a hunger strike against four tainted ministers.But Hazare’s campaigns have also had their share of detractors.His life has been guided by the philosophy of Gandhi. What is Depression?

Depression can be termed as a state of mind where in the person has negative thoughts and pessimistic feeling, he is constantly in sad mood and anxious. He feels lonely and the thoughts can lead him to serious mental illness, schizophrenia and to the extent of committing suicide.
Symptoms of Depression Not everyone who is depressed, experiences every symptom. Although it is often termed as ‘MENTAL ILLNESS’, clinical depression often has as many physical symptoms as mental. If these have been experienced for more than two weeks it is essential to seek help.
Some common symptom and sign of depression include:
Severity of Depression symptoms varies with individuals and also varies over time.

Some of them may be as follows:

1.Feelings of hopelessness, pessimism.
2.You feel that life has/is ‘passing you by’.
3.You don’t want to see people or are scared to be left alone. Social activity 4.may feel hard or impossible.
5.Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, helplessness.
6.Persistent sad, anxious, or “empty” mood.
7.You feel exhausted a lot of the time with no energy.
8.You feel as if even the smallest tasks are sometimes impossible.
9.You spend a lot of time thinking about what has gone wrong, what will go wrong or what is wrong about yourself as a person. You may also feel guilty sometimes about being critical of others (or even thinking critically about them).
10.Loss of interest in previously pleasurable activities.
11.You feel a burden to others.
12.You sometimes feel that life isn’t worth living.
13.You feel you have no confidence.
14.You have difficulty sleeping or wake up very early in the morning and can’t sleep again.
15.Physical Symptoms of Depression include:
16.Changes in weight – either significant loss or gain in weight.
Restlessness, fatigue.
17.Physical aches and pains, sometimes with the fear that you are seriously ill.

Importantly, there are also other illnesses which may produce similar symptoms to depression, and that require a very different treatment. Your doctor will be able to test for these.
The way our thought process works, how depression affects our biology and where the physical symptoms of depression come from are the most vital pieces of information needed to Understand Depression.

Symptoms needed to meet criteria for ‘depressive episode’ in ICD-10:

A – Depressed Mood
Loss of interest and enjoymen

reduced energy and decreased activity

B – Reduced concentration

Reduced self esteem and confidence
Ideas of guilt and unworthiness
Pessimistic thoughts
Disturbed sleep
Diminished appetite
Ideas of self harm
Mild depressive episode – at least 2 of A and at least 2 of B
Moderate depressive episode – at least 2 of A and at least 3 of B
Severe depressive episode – all 3 of A and at least 4 of B
Severity of symptoms and degree of functional impairment also guide classification.

Every languages has two major aspects:- the spoken part and the written part. Now tel me one thing when u appeared in world , what did u do first – speaking or writing . yes it was speech , you had spoken first. You spoke your unknown language and you kept yourself in speech. It was the writing that came after about 500 days. Certainly it was spoken part of language that came first and then the written part.

This is the route cause that creates difficulties to speak English fluently and properly . Because we fail to adopt the natural way of speech. What do we do generally ?  we try to speak in written way of English while the natural way of learning is to speak first , then write. Have you ever thought why you are easily most to speak your mother tounge language fluently ? Because you learnt that to speal first and you also succeeded to manage efficiently  the written part of youe mother toungue.

What we have done in the case of English ? we have learnt to write English first in our homes, in our schools, and in our tutorials . That’s  why we always endeavour  to speak in written style . so we fail to succeed in gaining the speech fluency in English . It is spoken part of language that come first , and the written part of language comes later on. And this is the only natural way to gain speech fluency.

Mother Teresa was born on 26 August 1910 in Catholic family, the original name of mother Teresa is Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu. Her family was in  Albanian descent, At the age of 12, she decided that she wanted to be a follower and spread the love of Christ. She came to India and founded the Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata. When she began the charity she had only 12 members, the main aim of charity was to take care of those don’t have to look after. She depended on Divine Providence, and started an open-air school for slum children. The Mother Teresa started The Missionaries of Charity; The Society of Missionaries has spread all over the world. The children who don’t have home she opened the Nirmala Shishu Bhavan, the Children’s Home of the Immaculate Heart, as a haven in 1955. She awarded upon her in 1971, the Pope John XXIII Peace Prize, and then in 1979, the Nobel Peace Prize. The whole of Mother Teresa’s life and labor bore witness to the joy of loving, the greatness and dignity of every human person, the value of little things done faithfully and with love, and the surpassing worth of friendship with God. People around the world called her Angel of Mercy, in India she is a mother. on September 5, 1997, just 9 days after her 87th birthday.

Bharti enters mobile phone business, Handset-maker Nokia on Sunday said that with the launch of 3G mobile services and people opting to go for replacement of old devices, the smart phone market in India is set to more than double in the next two years. According to technology-focused analyst house Canalys, the Indian smartphone market was 2,126,140 units in the 2009 calendar year. The market for smartphones will be more than double in two years as two things come together at the same time. First, 3G, which is going to happen by the first quarter next year. Vodafone may face tax demand for Rs 12,000 cr for its $11.1-billion deal with Hutch in 2007, This only relates to the tax and the interest component.
